If the mediation does      not resolve the issue, then either the User or Fusion Dental Academy may      file suit in the federal or state courts of Placer County California.      User and Fusion Dental Academy agree that the laws of California,      excluding California’s conflict of laws rules, will apply to any dispute      arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy and that all claims      arising from or relating to this Privacy Policy will be litigated      exclusively in the federal or state courts of Placer County, California      and consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
